Job Description

CLM 200.1

CLM Construction was commissioned by Kier Highways to complete Repair Contract R193, a concrete repairs and ICCP scheme at M6 Junction 6 Gravelly, for crucial elements of the supporting structure for the M6 mainline and various links around the spaghetti junction motorway section. CLM undertook the main contractor’s role on the project working along side our specialist supply chain partners to complete the works to the highest of standards. The works were complex and posed many challenges, particularly around logistics due to the sheer size and spread of the working locations plus the temporary works access to the works. Clearly defined logistical plans were produced and numerous stakeholder engagement and approvals were required at the various working areas, this included Cadent Gas, Canal and Rivers Trust, Environment agency and Severn Trent Water.
